A team who values real diversity and inclusion, in a big brand with big ambitions.

Candidates must be Brisbane based, or willing to relocate.

What you’ll be doing

The objective of the Senior Business Analyst role is to support transformational, business as usual and technology activities by eliciting and documenting business requirements and supporting delivery in collaboration with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

This will involve drafting test cases and scripts, participating in later stage testing e.g. User Acceptance and Business Verification Testing, supporting development of business cases and strategy documents, and performing analysis of business problems.

You’ll be great in this role if you have...

  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Expertise in process documentation, creation of clear user stories, reporting and data visualization
  • Strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including executive management
  • Experience in working autonomously with stakeholders eliciting, documenting and managing business and user requirements throughout delivery
  • Experience with business analysis in data management, data warehousing, data migration or application development domains

Desirable but not essential...

  • A degree in IT or Computer Science or other relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Previous experience working in aviation
  • Familiar with data governance frameworks and data lifecycle management tools and processes
  • Understanding of IT security protocols

What you’ll get from us

  • We’re committed to looking after you, with some of the best benefits and conditions in the industry – including (but not limited to):
  • Discounted flights for you and your loved ones (plus $1000 travel credits per year)
  • Flexible and hybrid working, with a mix of working from home and the office
  • ‘Dress for Your Day’ – wear whatever makes you feel great for the type of work you do and the day you have ahead of you
  • One of Brisbane’s most admired office locations, with South Bank train station, a supermarket, pharmacy, lunch options, the Busway nearby, a rooftop restaurant, onsite gym and South Bank across the road
  • Discounts on travel insurance, lounge membership, car hire, accommodation, and experiences worldwide
  • Cheaper hospitality, retail, technology, beauty and wellness services
